Section 1

• Each individual may hold only one account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances or bonuses will be forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bet49 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify bet49 support immediately if you suspect your account credentials have been compromised.

• bet49 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or other unlawful purposes, or any account that violates these Terms.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the bet49 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bet49 supports a range of local payment methods to make deposits and withdrawals as convenient as possible for players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major local bank transfers.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. bet49 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice via the Platform.

bet49 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Any account found to be involved in suspicious financial activity will be reported to relevant authorities and suspended pending investigation. Funds associated with confirmed fraudulent activity will not be returned.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion as well as the general bonus rules below. Where a specific promotion's terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible promotion, per account, per household, and per payment method. bet49 reserves the right to withhold bonus awards where multiple accounts are identified.

Prohibited Conduct

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sporting event available on the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet49's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bet49 expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service failures.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages, including losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Losses resulting from the player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses caused by account suspension or closure following a breach.

Section 10

Amendments, Suspension, and Termination

bet49 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, bet49 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.

bet49 may suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, inactivity, or at the request of law enforcement or regulatory authorities. Where an account is terminated for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
